For whole kernel grades (W180–W400), the MOQ is 100 kg per order. For broken and splits grades, the MOQ is 200 kg. Export container orders require a minimum of 1 FCL (approximately 20 MT). For smaller requirements, please explore our retail channel.

We offer paid samples ranging from 500g to 1 kg per grade. Sample cost is between ₹300–₹600, which is fully adjusted against your first bulk order. Simply send us a request on WhatsApp and your sample will be dispatched within 24 hours.

New buyers are required to pay 100% in advance. After 3 successful orders, terms move to 50% advance and 50% on dispatch. Established distributors with 6+ months of relationship may qualify for 30-day credit terms, subject to a credit check.

Our prices are market-linked and tracked against APMC Kollam and international cashew benchmarks. An updated rate card is shared with all partners at the start of each month. Prices are locked at the time of order confirmation and remain fixed until dispatch. Long-term contract buyers may opt for a quarterly price freeze.

Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) covering moisture, defect rate, and grade compliance. Buyers have a 7-day window from delivery to raise a quality dispute. Valid claims — verified through independent NABL-accredited lab testing — are resolved with either a replacement shipment or a credit note.

Yes. Private label packaging is available from a minimum order of 500 kg. We support custom pouch design, multilingual labeling, barcode integration, and FSSAI compliance declarations. Once the design is approved, production and dispatch is completed within 7 working days.

We work with verified B2B logistics partners including Delhivery B2B, VRL Logistics, and dedicated road transport services for pan-India delivery. Door-to-door delivery is available across India. Estimated transit time is 24–48 hours for major cities and 48–96 hours for other locations. Live shipment tracking is shared via WhatsApp.

We provide a complete export documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, APEDA certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, quality CoA, FSSAI declaration, and GST refund support documents. Both Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment modes are accepted for international orders.

Absolutely. We welcome facility visits from serious B2B buyers and distributors. Our Barabanki processing unit is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please schedule your visit at least 48 hours in advance by contacting your account manager or reaching us on WhatsApp.

Yes. Regional exclusivity is offered to qualified distributors committing to a minimum monthly volume of 3 MT or more. Exclusive zones are allocated on a first-come basis and reviewed annually. Contact our B2B team to check availability in your target region.
